I am sharing the image I created for a recent competition which I called ‘Her Body, Their choice’ to highlight my observations that less and less of the mums I meet seem to have experienced the birth they had hoped for. Interventions seem to be becoming the norm and I see the trauma this can leave many mums with. Look after yourselves mamas.
